Our go to Ramen house in the valley. Orig ramen for the wifey, hot one for me and 8yo son loves the pork belly bowl. Love the pot stickers made fresh per order. The restaurant is a bit cozy, so a little wait for peak time, but the most we've waited was maybe 10-15 minutes. Most of the time we get seated right away.

CHEAP, DELICIOUS, LATE-NIGHT EATS HERE! During my handful of days in Vegas, I stopped by to eat twice! It was THAT good! I highly recommend the kuro ramen ($12). It's fantastic! It's their tonkotsu ramen with fragrant black garlic oil added to it. The oil is completely necessary for me as it elevates the ramen to another level. You can always add more toppings (since it comes with less toppings than some of their other ramen sets) for a little extra cost. Their tonkotsu ramen ($13) is flavorful with the deep creamy broth that we all love. It's also delicious and cheap. I loved this one too, but I would add the black garlic oil for sure next time. We also tried their pan fried gyoza. It's juicy and perfectly cooked. No complaints there, but it's ordinary gyoza as expected. I do urge you to try their kimchi fried rice ($9 for a large portion). It's probably the best kimchi fried rice I've ever had! What gives it the additional flavor boost on top of the kimchi is the fish mixed in there. SO flavorful!!! I tried the cold noodles too ($13). This was a dish using ramen noodles with sesame-flavored sauce poured on top of it (some toppings mixed in too). It was basically hiyashi chuuka, if you've ever had that. It was really yummy too, but you can't compete with regular soupy, hot ramen! I'd probably recommend this on a hot day when you can't handle the heat! Must stop by this restaurant if you're in the area!

My boyfriend & lived here for years & this was one of his favorite spots. So finally we got to come back & bring me here. I got the tonkatsu ramen & the small chashu bowl. He raved about the chaushu bowl here so of course I had to make sure to get one. The ramen broth was very tasty, so savory. Noodles cooked well with some yummy pork inside. But oh the chashu was so different than any I've ever had. They grill the pork & oh what a difference that makes. Topped with lots of green onion for that extra crunch. So yummy. Service was great. Definitely want to come back & try more.

Ouch authentic Fukuoka style ramen! I just returned from Japan and visited Fukuoka so was delighted to come across this restaurant after a day of hiking in Red Rocks. If you want traditional ramen - Kyushu style - and this is the area that originated from - this is the Las Vegas place to go! I did the traditional ramen, my daughter the spicy traditional. I prefer the regular traditional as the broth doesn't get overpowered with the spice. But to each their own! Enjoy!

Dined in for lunch on a Friday and although the restaurant was full we were lucky to not have a wait time. The service was quick and the food came out fast. The gyoza came after the ramen but it took no more than ten minutes. Although the eggs are not included, you should definitely add them. The miso broth was decadent and the noodle portion perfect for the amount of broth. The thin noodles on the shoyu were probably our favorite. The gyoza was well seasoned and cooked wonderfully, crispy edge but steamed soft inside. They have a bar for seating as well but it is quite tiny inside so I don't recommend this place for large parties, four max. This parking lot has a lot of great choices so parking can sometimes be an issue.
