Probably the best Tom Kha soup I've ever had. We also enjoyed the shrimp pad Thai and dumplings. The only regret is not coming here sooner. Really very tasty and our server was on point with her description on the levels of heat. We got mild for the soup and medium for the pad Thai. Must try and unbelievable find here in Whittier.

Food is fantastic! First time trying this place and we did takeout for my birthday. Ordered green curry with veggies, pad see ew, chicken pad Thai, and Tom yum soup for the family. We all enjoyed it and plan on coming back. The portions are a bit smaller than we are used to from other Thai restaurants but it sufficed for the family to all eat and we managed to have a little leftovers.

We've been coming here for over a decade and it never disappoints. Our whole family loves the food and it's always a special occasion when we eat here. Even our friends from out of town want us to take them here when they visit. The service is always outstanding. The full bar and yummy non-alcoholic drinks make everyone happy. Best Thai food in LA.

I love Green Leaf Thai so the food being as tasty as ever was no surprise. The service has always been great but today wow! I took my little (4yr old) for the first time and to say that she enjoyed the visit is a mega understatement. I've been hesitant to take her because she can be a little loud for this setting. I was thrown aback by how accommodating the staff and what I assume are the owners were. From the coloring mat and plush, to the attention offered to her, chatter, and ice cream to boot - treated her just like family! Ending our visit with a big hug was the icing on the cake. Thank you, Green Leaf Thai for such great service!

Food was mind blowing amazing. Service was fast and friendly. Ambiance was pleasant. Pan fried dumplings with panang sauce 10/10 Ginger lemonade 10/10 Vegetable pad Thai (ordered mild but came out medium - delicious nonetheless) Crying Tiger 10/10 Garlic rice 10/10 Everything was delightful!!!! And to top it all off they gave us a couple of peppermint patties with the bill. What more can I say??? They care about all the little details that make a restaurant worth coming back to again and again.

I was in the area and stumbled across this place. It didn't stand out and just blended in with the area. Once inside, it looked like many other similarly themed restaurants. It was quaint and it had a type of charm you get from a small business. What makes this place great is the food and service. As you can see from the photos, especially the Pad Thai, the presentation is way above what you normally get at a restaurant in this price point. And if you can believe it, the food tastes better than it looks. My son even claimed that the chicken he got was one of the best he ever had, which is high praise coming from a guy who never has anything good to say. As with many of my reviews, I recommend trying this place because I had a great experience. I do have to mention that this place does not accept credit card, but it wasn't a big deal since there are many alternative methods to pay, but it is a surprise.
