Awesome restaurant! I love barbecue and there are a few places that do it at this level. The brisket is perfect. I also love the ribs. I got great service from Seth who is kind and very thoughtful. The restaurant is very lucky to have him! I look forward to my next visit.

We went to Smoking Pig BBQ the other night. It was our first time coming to this location. We called ahead to see if it was busy and this location said they weren't too busy so we came here instead. This Smokjng Pig is located by the airport. It's in the complex with In and Out burgers. When driving down the road at night, it was a little hard to find because the sign isn't lit like the other businesses. But we found it. The inside of Smoking Pig is nice. Not sure when this place opened but it looks clean and well maintained. When we arrived it wasn't so crowded and we got a table right away. Our waiter came by quick to take our drink orders and gave us some extra time to get our food order ready. My daughter got a kids meal of pulled pork, I got the combo platter with pulled pork and chicken, and my husband got the brisket and burnt ends. Our meals came out pretty quickly. My combo platter was missing a cornbread so I told the waiter and he told the kitchen to make one. It took a while to make it but I'm glad they didn't forget about it. I really like Smoking Pig cornbread. My platter was okay. I really liked the chicken. It was seasoned well and it was very tasty. The pulled pork on my platter was a little dry. I used the sauces but it still seemed a little dry. My daughter's pulled pork looked a little more moist than mine. My husband liked his meal, he especially liked the brisket on his platter. They only had two waiters/waitress working so you could tell they were short handed. The lady was doing double duty, she was working the tables and the bar. But even though there were only two of them out there, they did a great job. They were very personable and they had great customer service. I'm glad that we got to try this location of Smokjng Pig.

Came here on a Sunday for a late afternoon lunch and was greeted and sat right away. It's was fairly empty when we arrived and got busy as we enjoyed our meal. We both ordered brisket which was very tender and cooked to perfection. The chili cheese fries were awesome and wished I had ordered my own! The chili was seasoned perfectly with a kick of heat that balanced it out perfectly! The ribs were also delicious! The corn bread was tasty! The Mac and cheese was okay, not my favorite as it was pretty rich and it was super cheesy! I would pass on the mashed potatoes next time. Overall the service was amazing even when they got busy and the food was awesome!

Stepping into here is like a classic diner from a few decades back, but with solid BBQ, a great selection of house sauces, and quality sides with each hunk of meat. Definitely far more of a premium than diner fare, but generally well worth it. The visit was generally smooth with my only critique being some consistency issues with my brisket portion (which I'm hoping was just bad luck). Readily available parking makes for an easy eating experience, plus it's nearby to Costco if you're in the area running errands. Service was solid and staff were helpful, but the interior arrangement was a bit unusual as they had folks sitting down at tables first if you're eating in, but then having you come back up for the ordering. We definitely weren't the only one's perplexed by the arrangement, but it worked out in the end. ==Smoking Pig Sandwich - 5/5 Fantastically smokey and bursting with flavor, the burger/sandwich is quite the heaping of moist goodness. It's certainly not as tender as a traditional burger would be, but it lives up to having the house name on it and makes up for it being quite the rich bite. The mac and cheese was also spot-on with being goopy and rich (didn't even really need sauce with it like I usually do). It was quite difficult to not nab more of my brother's food... ==Brisket 1 meat meal - 4/5 The brisket is at quite the premium in these times, but it's (mostly) worth it. The first half of the slices I got were wonderfully flavorful and paired well with the golden sauce they had. Sadly the second half wasn't as great and ended up being quite dry. I'll chaulk that up to some QC issues, but on the whole I was still happy with my meal item. The cornbread was delightfully fluffy and paired wonderfully with the seasoned honey butter. Collard greens were also tender and just enough of a sour bite by itself (I usually throw in a bit of BBQ sauce, which wasn't really neccesary here either).

Y'all don't even know! That brisket is something special! Get the wolf turds! You'll be glad you did. I am not a fan of sausage, but this really works because it's well mixed with the cheese, I thoroughly enjoyed them! My husband ordered the chicken lollipops he said they were amazing! I was too interested in my brisket! The bartender and server were the same gal and she was such a pleasure to talk with. We tried to order Michelob ultra and Stella, which they don't sell; however she added those to the "wish lost" of beetles she has people ask for, hopefully the owner agrees. All in all, it was great and I totally recommend this spot!

Being from Kansas City, I rarely order BBQ when we're out of town. I know how good we have it, and frankly, we're spoiled. Let me tell you Smoking Pig BBQ has some absolutely 100% legit BBQ. That smoker out back isn't just for show! We tried the Brisket Sammy (my usual test) and the Pig Dog (peppers, onions, and fried onions). The beans were so good, somewhere between BBQ and charro, and the fries just might rival Joe's KC. They have homemade sauces, local baked rolls, and the nicest staff. Try it if you're in town, and thank me later.
