This is the most hole in the wall pub with the best pizza ever. We just finished on the Skunk Train & the model train thing and walked in bc our toddler wanted pizza. At first I wasn't sure we went to the right place bc it's literally the size of a studio apartment with a bar in the middle, filled with locals on lunch break. But sure enough the bartender came over & handed us menus. We ordered the NEW YORKER (pepperoni) bc it was the easy option. Food didn't take long, and I was BLOWN AWAY. It's a thin crust. A crispy, crunchy, perfectly fresh out of a pizza oven crust. I never knew I loved thin crust pizza this much until I had Paci's. And every pizza I've ordered since (back home) is in the hunt of this style. Beyond the crust the pizza itself was simple and delicious. Great low key spot, great for kids, great pizza.

Feels like stepping back in time! Cool quaint bar with a few tables, but they've added outdoor seating. Had a fabulous gluten free pizza (not advertised on the menu). Only comes in medium size, which was nice, and you can order half and half on the gf! Had 1/2 Genoa and 1/2 farmers, loved both. Good chewy crust, not too thin like some gf crusts. Would go back for sure.

Came to this restaurant to order pizza for pickup. We walked into the pizzeria on a Saturday evening and it was fully packed. We were looking through the menu after walking in and waited for a little while for our order to be taken. An individual from the restaurant helped us place our order and we got a large vegetarian pizza (from the garden) with genoa on one side and primavera on the other half. Our order was ready to pick up after 40 minutes. While picking up the pizza and asking for some plates, they nicely handed us the pizza with plates, napkins, and a small container of red chili flakes. They only accept cash here. We were ready to have pizza after our Railbike adventure. The pesto on the genoa pizza was wonderful with mushrooms and the nicely caramelized onions. The primavera was topped well with black olives and chunks of tomato slices that were sweet. These pizzas were on point and I definitely recommend! The pesto really stood out to me! Great food to end the night with on our first day in Fort Bragg!

I guess it's fitting that I'm the 666th review ‍ Tonight brought a chance to sample something I haven't had in sometime, Piaci Pizza. We started with my favorite the #margherita to go along with #foccacia with red pepper and #anchovies topped off with their famous #antipasto. The food presentation is fabulous, the freshest ingredients and all part of the amazing food choices on the #mendocinocoast. We are blessed to have such quality and restaurants that want to serve the best. #thepuddingcreektrestle #foodporn #onlyinfortbragg #dinnertime #yum #community #norcal #foodstagram #supportlocal #pizza

This is the most reviewed and highest rated pizza in Fort Bragg and with good reason, as I'd come to find out! I was enjoying a solo afternoon with my boys and after a couple hours tide pool exploring and a stroll around downtown, we were hungry. I tried to stage the kids off, but after a while waiting for the rest of our family to join us we had to eat, and pizza is always a crowd pleaser, so we set a course for Piaci. Walking up we saw a line out the door. Great sign! It's actually a very small restaurant and inside there are a few tables. a large communal high top table you can gather round, and a big bar where you order. The menu is pretty interesting and goes beyond the basic pizza. I always appreciate that and found several tasty options and had trouble deciding. I ordered a pie with pork belly (thick cut bacon), pesto, caramelized onion and creme fresh. The crust is thin and cooks up nice. It's got a flavor akin to focaccia, which adds up to a tasty pizza. They actually have a sauce less pizza section on the menu called focaccia. I also ordered a classic pepperoni for the kids (fantastic) and I had to order one of their sauce less pizzas worth he house-made sausage! Basic but good. The service was a little curt but thorough. I understood why after seeing the ratio of customers to staff. I'm fairly certain they were serving hundreds of pies with one person in the front and one behind, which was impressive on many levels. All in all, this place is worth a stop whether you're staying in fort Bragg or passing through.
